I recently had my Focused serviced at City Ford at their new premises in Zetland. I was running late and called the service manager who was extremely accommodating. My car was ready on time and I was impressed by the level of detail they took in the car and they explained the work they had done. They were obviously aware I am not a 'car person' as my husband always looked after these things,  but they took the time to explain the important parts of the service and I felt that they went the extra mile to make me feel like more than just another customer. I do not live close to the new ford dealership, but I will continue to get my car serviced there as long as the quality of service continues!
